Travelling along TRANSROMANICA: Carinthia
Green forests, blue lakes and picturesque mountains – these are the typical motifs of Carinthia. The most southern province of the Austrian Republic receives its visitors with beautiful landscapes and hearty hospitality. As the name already reveals (Carinthia derives from the Celtic language and means “land of friends”), guests are received by friends in Carinthia.
Both in summer and in winter, Carinthia is the most beautiful place to be. Always something different, always something new. Whether you enjoy hiking in the alps or bathing in one of the many beautiful lakes – you can do both in Carinthia.
